Hubei Orient International Corporation, a professional barrier control product supplier, specializes in disposable apparel such as bouffant caps, face masks, shoe and boot covers, smocks, overalls, over sleeves and aprons. We have two subsidiaries: Ammex-Weida (Hubei) Health and Safety Products Co., Ltd. and Xiantao Hongli Plastic Factory. They are located in Xiantao, Hubei, China. We provide a wide range of disposable products for safety and hygiene industries as well as hospitals, food service industries, laboratories and clean rooms.
Our raw materials pass ISO 10993-5 and ISO10993-10 standards. We also have ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, FDA, CE, EN340, EN14683 certifications. We were also able to get TYPE5/6 certification.
We have 1 factory with 23,000 m2 and we have created a new purification plant with 2,200 m2 that can produce “microporous overall” and other different products. Our monthly capacity is 50 40-foot containers per month.
We have 10 QC staff with 5 to 10 years of work experience and 5 R&D staff with 5 to 10 years of work experience. We can launch more than three new products monthly and the lead time for samples is one to two weeks. Our delivery time is four to eight weeks.
